Accessibility Statement
Last Updated: September 7, 2026
Houston Drone Video Production is committed to making our website and the information about our services reasonably accessible to people with disabilities.
Our website is actively developed, maintained and updated. Accessibility is part of that process.
We aim to make the website usable across a wide range of devices, browsers, screen sizes and assistive technologies and to improve accessibility as technology, standards and our website continue to change.
Our Accessibility Approach
We seek to follow recognized accessibility practices where reasonably applicable to our website and business.
Our ongoing work may include attention to:
meaningful page headings and page structure;
keyboard navigation;
readable text and color contrast;
alternative text for meaningful images;
appropriately labeled forms;
descriptive links and buttons;
captions or other alternatives for video when the video communicates information not otherwise available in nearby text;
avoiding unnecessary reliance on color alone to communicate information;
browser zoom and text scaling;
focus states and navigation;
accessible error messages;
reduction or control of unnecessary motion where appropriate; and
compatibility with commonly used browsers and assistive technologies.
We use established accessibility guidance, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), as a reference when evaluating and improving the website.
Our goal is to move toward a practical level of accessibility consistent with WCAG 2.2 Level AA where reasonably applicable, but we do not represent or warrant that every page, feature, file, video, third-party component or interaction currently satisfies every WCAG criterion or every accessibility requirement in every jurisdiction.
Website Under Active Development
This website is an active work in progress.
Pages, features and accessibility improvements may be added, changed, tested, replaced or temporarily disabled as the site is developed and maintained.
At a particular time, a feature may:
still be scheduled for accessibility improvement;
be undergoing testing or redevelopment;
function differently from one device or browser to another;
be temporarily unavailable because of a software defect;
be affected by a website-platform update;
depend on a third-party service;
be affected by an internet, hosting, network or service-provider interruption; or
temporarily behave differently than intended.
We work to identify and correct meaningful accessibility barriers when we become aware of them.
Temporary technical problems do not reflect an intention to exclude anyone from accessing our information or services.
Third-Party Technology
Our website may rely on technology or content provided by other companies.
Examples may include:
Wix website components;
video players;
embedded video;
maps;
forms;
analytics tools;
advertising technologies;
scheduling services;
social-media integrations; and
other embedded or hosted services.
We do not control every aspect of how independent third-party technology is designed, coded, updated or used with assistive technology.
We encourage our vendors to support accessible technology and may modify, replace or work around third-party features when we identify a significant accessibility problem and a reasonable alternative is available.
Video and Motion
Video is a major part of our business, and this website may contain autoplay background footage, showreels, client examples and other moving images.
Some background video is decorative and does not communicate information that a visitor must understand in order to use the website.
Where video contains meaningful spoken or visual information that is necessary to understand the content, we seek to provide that information through captions, nearby text, transcripts or another reasonable alternative where appropriate.
Because the site is under continuing development, some video-related accessibility features may be added or improved over time.
Browser, Device and Assistive-Technology Differences
Accessibility can vary depending on the combination of:
browser;
operating system;
device;
screen size;
browser extensions;
accessibility software;
screen reader;
input method;
network connection; and
third-party services.
We cannot test every possible combination of hardware, software, assistive technology, browser version and network environment.
We therefore focus our testing and development on commonly used technologies while responding to specific problems brought to our attention.
Small-Business Resources and Ongoing Improvement
Houston Drone Video Production is a small business.
We do not maintain the same internal accessibility, legal, engineering or international compliance departments as a large global technology company.
That does not mean accessibility is unimportant to us.
We make reasonable efforts to identify significant barriers, prioritize practical improvements and address problems as resources and technology allow.
Standards, laws and technical requirements differ among states, countries and services and continue to evolve. The fact that this website can be viewed internationally does not mean that every element has been independently certified against every accessibility standard or law that may exist worldwide.
We do not claim universal compliance or certification.
