Pricing for Houston Construction Video Production
Standalone indoor FPV drone fly-through projects typically range from $1,500 to $3,000.
Full-service construction video productions generally range from $2,000 to $5,000, and typically include a 3-5 minute edited video, and uploaded raw footage.
Final pricing depends on crew size, locations, production time, editing requirements and project complexity. Please contact us to discuss specific project logistics.
Construction video projects start with planning, organization, and staying respectful of the realities of an active job site.
Some clients need strategic guidance and a completed edit. Others just need a dependable Houston-based crew who will show up on time, film the site correctly, and hand off organized footage. We support both models.
Our Process

Pre-Production Planning
Before we arrive on the jobsite, we align on the end goal of the video, the location, schedule, and who needs to be on camera to ensure we maximize the time we are on-site.
Production Film Day
Filming on a construction site is different than in a studio. We plan around access, noise, weather, PPE, and safety so we can capture what is needed without slowing things down.
Post-Production Editing
After we complete filming, we organize the footage, build the edits, and quickly deliver the final assets. This may include an overview video, shorter cutdowns, social edits, or uploading the footage.

Most single-session, full-service Houston construction video production projects range from $2,000 to $5,000. How much does it cost for you to fly an FPV drone at your construction site?
Standalone FPV drone fly-through projects typically range from $1,500 to $3,000.
Before flying, we evaluate FAA airspace requirements, site permission, weather, nearby people, cranes, equipment and active operations
How much does a long-term construction timelapse video cost?
Our timelapse cameras are self-contained and do not require external power sources. We still require periodic site visits to ensure the lenses are clean, and download footage as backup. Rates are highly dependent on duration of the job, number of cameras installed, accessibility for site visits. Often timelapse videos are combined with project overviews or FPV flight quotes.
Can you film interviews and ground footage in addition to drone video?
Yes. We provide full-service construction video production in addition to aerial coverage.
A project can include interviews with executives, superintendents, employees, trade partners, clients or end users, along with ground-level footage of crews, equipment, processes and completed work.
We can also provide professional lighting, audio, teleprompters, multiple cameras, editing, motion graphics, captions and shorter versions for presentations or social media.

Can you film site visitor orientation safety videos (life-saving rules, etc.)?
Yes. We have produced visitor, contractor and employee orientation videos covering topics such as reverse parking, badging and escorts, life-saving rules, site procedures and evacuation protocols. These projects typically require more pre-production because scripts and procedures need to be reviewed with facility and safety teams before filming.

Do you provide construction video production outside Houston?
Yes. Houston is our primary market, but our clients have facilities and customers throughout Texas and nationally. This works well for companies who want consistent video coverage across multiple jobsites or locations, and who do not want to vet multiple vendors in each location for each project.
Travel time, transportation, lodging and any location-specific production requirements are identified and included in the project estimate before scheduling.
How quickly can a construction video be delivered?
The delivery schedule depends on the length of the video, number of deliverables, amount of footage, graphics required and client review process.
Typical turnaround time can be 2-4 weeks, with phases for rough draft reviews, b-roll/animation review, and internal/external stakeholder review. We have also done many projects with 24-hour turnaround. We are here to get you the content you need when you need it.
